Background

Having grown up in the Latrobe Valley region of eastern Victoria, I developed a keen interest in architecture from a young age as I felt it best merged my passion for design, geography, and history.

With this passion, I went on to study a Bachelor and Master of Architecture at Monash University whilst also undertaking a number of research roles within the university’s architectural research department.

During this time, I developed an immense interest in the role architecture can play in shaping both regional and urban contexts through design and research-led work. Whether that be in response to pressing environmental concerns, the issues faced in post-industry communities, or the role architecture can play alongside the construction industry in providing more waste efficient and sustainable housing models.

In a technical space, I have spent my years of education in developing a proficient skill set in Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, QGIS, Enscape and much of the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Premiere).
